A detached 4 bedroom brand new eco house, totally private and overlooking a crystal clear lake, surrounded by huge ancient beech trees.
The location property comprises of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining room, snug, master bedroom with ensuite and 2 large balconies on the upper floor overlooking the lake and landscaped gardens. In addition, there are 3 further bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, boot room and utility room on the ground floor.
Hillside
Location: Sevenoaks, TN8
Hillside is a 5 bed, 2000 square foot architect designed eco-house inspired by the form of a Scandinavian barn. The house runs on 100% renewable energy, and can comfortably accommodate 14 guests for ‘shoot and stay’ option if required.
Inside is a double-height vaulted ceiling to the living space, and one of the master bedroom suites has a mezzanine balcony overlooking this space. The other master suite has a striking freestanding black bath. The interior finishes offer a mixture of interesting textures and finishes; floors are either concrete or beautiful wide ash boards, elsewhere you’ll find unfinished pink plaster, micro-cement and terrazzo bathrooms, timber slatted ceilings and walls, and an OSB dorm room with inside climbing wall and fireman’s pole.
Glass House
Location: London, WD6
The house is 4300 sq ft of wide open plan interiors with substantial glazing providing views of the wrap around mediterranean style gardens. On the ground floor the entrance opens directly into the large open plan kitchen, dining and living space. There is a separate tv room and a well appointed cloakroom, plus utility.
On the first floor are four bedrooms. The primary suite has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding bath. There are also two dressing rooms and a large balcony / terrace overlooking the rear gardens. All of the remaining bedrooms are well proportioned and have a luxe feel.
Monochrome
Location: Essex, IG10
Arranged over three floors, the ground floor comprises the impressive hall off which there is a games room, bar and cinema room. The grand staircase leads to a galleried balcony which holds an open sitting room with floor to ceiling glazing overlooking the front gardens, and a separate drawing room. The kitchen is at the rear and is a contemporary design incorporating two island units, and a wall of built in cabinetry. Bi-fold doors wrap around two sides of the kitchen and open to the rear garden which is built on gradient levels with both paved and lawned terraces.
On the top floors is the master suite which has a high apex ceiling and huge Cathedral style window with double doors which open to a Juliet balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a walk in shower and contemporary freestanding bath. A private staircase leads to the dressing room on the mezzanine level above. There are a further two bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities.
Brixton
Location: London, SW2
A refurbished (2016) Victorian semi-detached London location house built in 1893. It occupies a corner plot, spans over 4 floors and is approximately 3700 sq ft / 344 sq m. To the ground floor is the open plan Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room and Library with black oak herringbone parquet flooring, and central staircase painted black with grey carpet runner and mahogany banister.
There is a small porch with original Victorian tiled floor, separated from the house by 2.7 metre tall double doors. The living room has an original marble fireplace and working wood burning stove. Bay window. Library with original slate and patterned fireplace with working wood burning stove and full height black painted shelving. Double aspect windows one of which is a bay window.
