A charming village location house packed with traditional features. The house dates back to the mid-17th century, with subsequent early Victorian additions, and more recently in the form of the orangery style kitchen.
There is a large pretty garden, a separate restored former Coach House and an outdoor swimming pool.
Internally the house boasts original features such as window shutters, marble fireplaces, and secret stairs and wine cellars. The Coach House even has an original horses' manger.
It is possible to paint and decorate in most areas of the house should this be required, providing that those areas can be returned to the condition it was found.
For smaller shoots, overnight accommodation can be provided for an additional fee.
Outside there are multiple garden 'rooms'; a courtyard garden, wooded area, large lawn, swimming pool and ornamental vegetable garden.
Nearest Rail: Berkhamsted station is a 15 minute drive from the house, Tring station is 6 minute drive. The line comes from Euston station and take around 35 -40 minutes
Parking: Space for approximately 8 cars is available on the private drive. Additional parking is available in the village.
