The venue is split into 2 separate properties, a chapel that dates from 1870 and a more modern warehouse, they can be hired individually or together. Both location spaces in London benefit from on site parking, ground floor with easy access, isolated wifi connection and 3 phase power inside and outside.
THE WAREHOUSE
A 3000 sq ft industrial space with a fully fitted kitchen, 3 toilets, resin floor, brick walls and concrete beams. A 4.5m wide bifold opening makes getting equipment in and out very easy. All the furniture in the space is moveable including any cars you see (also available for hire!) The space is lit with sky lights that are possible to black out.
THE CHAPEL
Approx 1750 sq ft of double height exhibition space, with a triple height void at one end. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor and basic kitchen. Timber ceiling is both beautiful and makes for great acoustics. Front entrance room has that crumbly exposed brick look which can be viewed from the mezzanine and below.
