Pool is heated to 30 C May – September.  Pool depth is approx. 1.3m and approx. 7.5 x 3.5 m in size.  There is a glass fence surrounding the pool for safety.

Garden

The house is set back from the road with drive-in/out driveway and mature trees to the front.

The rear garden has a large trampoline; which can be used for shoots or easily avoided with camera angles.

Parking: space for 5 cars on drive. No permits required for the road.
