Tavistock Works
Location: London, N19
Tavistock Works is a two storey property, incorporating a large daylight studio in a mews setting in North London.
This London location house has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor, opening out to two private courtyard gardens. The interiors have a strong Scandinavian, rustic influence with stone floors, exposed beams, and multiple floor to ceilings windows allowing for lots of natural light. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom, wet room and office, and a further bathroom.
The Exchange
Location: London, SE13
A stunning first floor London location apartment in a Grade II listed former Telephone Exchange building in Hither Green, South East London.
Tall sash windows flood the entire apartment with natural light. The large open plan living room is 820 sqft in total and is zoned into four areas; the sitting room, kitchen, dining area and snug. Decorated and furnished in neutral tones with period detailing and light industrial elements, the owners have created a calming, minimal space but with a feeling of warmth.
Treetops
Location: London, SE19
On the lower ground floor is the the open plan kitchen, living room and dining space. Created in a Scandi style but with some light industrial elements, the family room has a large, contemporary log burner, features a polished concrete floor, and floor to ceiling glazed doors which open out to a rear terrace. The kitchen has a peninsula island with integrated gas hob. A cosy reading nook is built into the wall in the dining area and is clad in stained ash battens.
A steel staircase leads to the ground floor and to a galleried landing area with glass floor and balustrade overlooking the kitchen and dining area below. This level has a cosy sitting room to the rear of the house with wrap around floor to ceiling glass and views over the surrounding treetops. A second contemporary log burner hovers over a low concrete bench and provides a focal point for the room. The feature wall of board marked concrete starts on this level and stretches all the way up to the top floor of the house.
Notting Hill Townhouse
Location: London, W11
A glorious townhouse location in Notting Hill with a stucco façade. Arranged over five floors the house boasts a completely unique interior, with a no expense spared use of materials. The monochrome palette is accented with bespoke brass elements and artwork.
On the raised ground floor level is the open plan sitting and dining room. The black lacquered parquet floor provides an elegant finish and sets off perfectly against the white walls. A brass latticework divider filters light from the front of the house, gives privacy from the street and also conceals the staircase which leads down to the kitchen on the lower ground floor.
Steele
Location: London, E14
A super sleek apartment on the second floor of a former dog biscuit factory. With lift access, wide doorways, fantastic natural light and ceiling height, plus some on-site parking, this property is an ideal photoshoot location.
The apartment was subject to a complete renovation by its current owner, who has designed a beautifully minimal space with a definite masculine edge. The industrial features of the former warehouse building are exposed and mixed with sharp edges and clean lines to create an incredibly unique interior.
